Our Process

We’ve developed a set of services designed to help overwhelmed businesses find more time, serve more clients, and grow their revenue. We describe this process in three phases: 

INVESTIGATE

This phase consists of stakeholder interviews, market research, client/customer interviews, and more. The goal is to understand both the business problems and the personal problems. We believe that the two can’t be extracted from each other. A killer solution(s) will address the business needs as well as the personal needs for our clients. 

INSTIGATE

This is our brainstorming phase and is the most intensive time our clients spend with us. We require the client to be actively involved in this process. 

We use the data created during the Investigate phase to build a target to direct our brainstorming efforts. Functionally, this looks like a “How might we…” question that encapsulates personal and business problems. 

We call this phase Instigate because we also make a point to push our clients to consider approaches to problems that are less conventional or outside of their comfort zone. 

We don’t want to work with the options presented to us, we want to create the options that solve the problem best.

INNOVATE

After selecting a brainstormed solution to develop, our team sets to work building the Business Plan for the solution along with a Roadmap for implementation. Functionally speaking, the deliverables for this phase will...

Outline every detail needed to implement the new product, service or process. This includes personnel, investment capital, tools, and time as well as how the deliverable will function and interface with the existing business and its client/customer base.

Estimate the time required to implement the solution with clear action steps and benchmarks to help keep the client on track.
